Cancellation Policy
50% Late cancel or reschedule fee less than 24hrs prior to appointment. EX.(if appt is at 1/21/22 9am you must cancel by 1/20/22 8:59am the day prior) . Clients who are more then 15 min. late to appointment will need to reschedule which will result in a late cancellation fee if appointment service is equal to or less than 15min All other services will be serviced with remaining time left in the appointment based on clients arrival! If client wants to reschedule the time of appointment on the same day as original appointment there will be a last minute 25% rescheduling fee attached to service for that day! if client fails to hornor this appointment time there will be a NO-show fee! 100% No-show fee. client neglects to call or communicate with service provider prior to appoint or within 15min of appointment there will be a full service charge!
